• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction

3. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy to terminate access to our website for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
